The first consultation is free. Fees, scope, timelines, payment terms and cancellation terms for any paid work, retainer, training or speaking engagement are agreed in writing before that work starts.

Free guides and resources are for your own information and for internal use in your business. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute them, or present them as your own, without written permission.
